Advertising Disclosure Policy

1. Purpose

This Advertising Disclosure Policy (“Policy”) explains how Advertising Campaigns, Sponsored Listings, and related paid promotional content may appear on the iDrive2 platform.

This Policy is intended to:

  • Promote transparency in relation to Advertising Campaigns and Sponsored Listings;
  • Distinguish advertising from organic platform content;
  • Ensure that paid promotional visibility is appropriately distinguishable from organic marketplace content and is not presented as regulatory approval, quality certification, or endorsement by iDrive2;
  • Set rules for Instructors, Advertisers, commercial partners, and other approved promotional participants;
  • Protect users from misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or non-compliant advertising content; and
  • Clarify the limits of iDrive2’s role in relation to Advertising Campaigns and Sponsored Listings. This Policy applies in different respects to Advertisers, Instructors, commercial partners, Admin Users, and users who view or interact with promoted content on the Platform.

This includes:

  • Instructors purchasing Sponsored Listings or Advertising Campaigns;
  • Third-party Advertisers and other commercial or promotional participants approved to advertise on the Platform;
  • Users who view or interact with promoted content on the Platform;
  • Admin Users and moderation personnel responsible for advertising approval, campaign administration, moderation, or enforcement; and
  • Any promotional content displayed, administered, or managed through the iDrive2 mobile application, public landing page, Advertiser Portal, Admin Portal, communication channels, or other applicable Platform environment. This Policy operates together with the:

  • Learner Terms & Conditions;

  • Instructor Terms & Conditions;
  • Privacy Notice;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy;
  • Safety & Conduct Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy; and
  • Any applicable advertising order form, campaign package terms, commercial schedule, advertiser onboarding terms, or other applicable advertising contractual terms issued by iDrive2. Nothing in this Policy expands the role of iDrive2 beyond that of a digital marketplace platform.

2. Platform Advertising Principle

iDrive2 may permit Sponsored Listings and Advertising Campaigns on the Platform, including both:

  • Sponsored Listings purchased by Instructors; and
  • Third-party advertising placements purchased by Advertisers or other approved commercial partners. As of the Effective Date, iDrive2 does not operate auction-based advertising placement, real-time bidding, third-party advertising-exchange integration, or programmatic advertising. Any future introduction of such functionality would be subject to separate technical, privacy, commercial, and policy review before deployment.

Where Advertising Campaigns or Sponsored Listings visibility is displayed, iDrive2 will distinguish paid promotional content from ordinary organic content using disclosure methods appropriate to the format, interface, and placement.

Advertising Campaign placement, Sponsored Listings, or featured status does not mean that iDrive2:

  • Endorses the advertiser, commercial partner, or Instructor;
  • Guarantees service quality, legality, safety, or performance;
  • Certifies compliance beyond any expressly disclosed platform verification status;
  • Recommends one Instructor over another on the basis of quality, suitability, or safety; or
  • Acts as a driving school, regulator, instructional provider, or commercial guarantor. Paid promotional visibility does not alter an Instructor's regulatory status, eligibility requirements, account standing, safety obligations, or compliance requirements applicable elsewhere on the Platform.

3. Permitted Advertising Formats

Advertising or promotional content on iDrive2 may include, where permitted:

  • Sponsored Instructor listings;
  • Featured placement placements within an Advertising Campaign;

4. Banner, Display Or Interstitial Advertisements;

  • Advertising Campaign placements;
  • Fixed-duration Advertising Campaign packages;
  • Sponsored educational, awareness, or brand content, where clearly identified;
  • Commercial-partner placements approved by iDrive2; and
  • Other fixed-fee or package-based Advertising Campaign formats introduced by iDrive2 from time to time. Availability of advertising products, placement types, and package structures may vary by platform area, campaign period, inventory, or commercial offering.

The availability of a particular advertising format does not mean that it is continuously available, guaranteed to any Advertiser or Instructor, or available in every Platform environment.

5. Disclosure Of Paid Content

Paid or sponsored content displayed to users will be identified using a disclosure appropriate to the relevant format and placement. Such disclosures may include labels such as:

  • “Sponsored”;
  • “Promoted”;
  • “Featured”;
  • “Advertisement”;
  • “Paid Placement”; or
  • Other substantially similar disclosure wording. Disclosure may be implemented through labels, visual markers, banners, explanatory notes, visual separation, dedicated placement zones, or other reasonable interface methods.

Sponsored placement and paid advertising shall be visually and functionally distinguishable from ordinary organic content to a reasonable user.

Where wording such as “Featured” is used for a paid placement, the surrounding presentation must make the promotional nature of the placement reasonably clear and must not imply that the placement represents an independent quality ranking or recommendation by iDrive2.

Sponsored content shall not be presented in a manner that may reasonably be interpreted as regulatory approval, quality certification, or official ranking endorsement by iDrive2.

6. No Endorsement Or Regulatory Affiliation

Advertising, sponsorship, featured placement or Sponsored Listings on the Platform does not constitute:

  • Endorsement by iDrive2;
  • Certification of service quality;
  • Certification of Instructor competence;
  • Legal, regulatory, or governmental approval;
  • Affiliation with or approval by the General Directorate of Traffic (“GDT”); or
  • Representation that a promoted Instructor, Advertiser, commercial partner or other promotional participant is superior, safer, more compliant, or more suitable than a non-promoted participant. Any onboarding review, moderation action, document check, visibility control, campaign approval, or Platform verification step performed by iDrive2 is administrative in nature only and does not constitute certification, endorsement, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility.

Payment for Advertising Campaigns, Sponsored Listings or other promotional visibility does not alter any applicable licensing, eligibility, verification, safety, moderation or compliance requirement.

7. Who May Advertise

Subject to platform approval, Advertising Campaigns or Sponsored Listings may be made available to:

  • Approved Instructors purchasing Sponsored Listings or other Instructor-facing promotional products made available by iDrive2;
  • Registered third-party Advertisers;
  • Commercial partners approved by iDrive2; and
  • Other approved promotional participants accepted by iDrive2 in accordance with its commercial and compliance controls. Access to an advertising or promotional product is not automatic and may be subject to account status, eligibility, verification, payment status, campaign requirements, content review and other applicable Platform controls.

iDrive2 reserves the right to refuse or restrict access to advertising products where the Advertiser, Instructor, commercial partner, product, service, message, or campaign is incompatible with Platform integrity, user safety, legal compliance, public policy, applicable Platform rules, or the commercial direction of the Platform.

Approval to access advertising functionality does not guarantee approval of any individual campaign, creative, placement or promotional claim. Each submission may remain subject to separate review and approval.

8. Advertiser And Instructor Responsibility

Any Instructor, Advertiser, commercial partner or other approved campaign owner is responsible for ensuring that promotional content:

  • Is accurate, current, and not misleading;
  • Complies with applicable law, regulation, licensing, and advertising standards;
  • Does not make false or exaggerated claims;
  • Does not misstate qualifications, approvals, affiliations, pricing, offer terms, lesson outcomes, pass rates, or service availability;
  • Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • Does not omit material qualifications in a misleading way; and
  • Remains consistent with the services, offers, or brand represented. Advertisers and Instructors and other applicable campaign owners must be able to substantiate objective factual claims upon request.

Advertisers and Instructors and other applicable campaign owners warrant that they hold all rights, licences, permissions, and consents necessary for the use, publication, and destination-linking of all submitted creatives, claims, trademarks, logos, images, testimonials, and campaign materials.

Campaign owners must promptly correct, update, suspend, or notify iDrive2 of promotional content that becomes inaccurate, misleading, expired, unavailable, or otherwise non-compliant while a campaign remains active.

Review or approval of advertising content by iDrive2 does not transfer responsibility for the underlying claims, offers, rights, products, or services from the relevant campaign owner to iDrive2.

9. Prohibited Advertising Content

The following content is prohibited and may be rejected, removed, suspended, frozen, or reported:

  • False, deceptive, or misleading claims;

10. Unsubstantiated Objective Claims Where Reasonable Evidence Is Required To Support The Claim;

  • Claims of guaranteed licence issuance, guaranteed test success, or guaranteed pass outcomes;
  • False claims of government, GDT, or regulatory affiliation;

11. Claims Or Presentation Falsely Implying Endorsement, Certification, Recommendation, Organic Ranking Superiority, Or Quality Approval By Idrive2;

  • Misleading pricing, hidden conditions, bait offers, or materially incomplete promotions;
  • Unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, exploitative, or offensive content;
  • Content promoting unsafe driving, unlawful conduct, or conduct inconsistent with platform safety standards;
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity, credentials, approvals, or experience;
  • Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, images, testimonials, or content;
  • Prohibited or unlawful products or services;
  • Malware, malicious links, harmful redirects, or technically unsafe creatives;
  • Content inconsistent with the advertiser’s or Instructor’s actual eligibility or platform status; and
  • Any other content that iDrive2 reasonably considers unlawful, unsafe, misleading, harmful to users, or incompatible with Platform integrity. Content may also be rejected or removed where the underlying product, service, destination, offer, or campaign structure would itself breach applicable law, Platform rules, or an applicable advertising agreement even if the creative material is not independently misleading.

12. Pricing, Offers, And Commercial Claims

Any advertised price, discount, package, campaign offer, or promotional statement must be clear and must not materially mislead users.

Where relevant, promotional content shall clearly disclose material limitations, including:

  • Campaign duration or promotional offer period;
  • Availability period;
  • Geographic scope, where relevant;
  • Eligibility restrictions;
  • Key exclusions or conditions;
  • Material fees, limitations, or conditions associated with the advertised offer, where necessary to avoid misleading users;
  • Whether the purchase relates to Sponsored Listings only, an Advertising Campaign, or the Advertiser’s, Instructor’s or other campaign owner’s own product or service offering; and
  • Any other material qualification necessary to prevent deception. Advertised discounts, savings, comparisons, package values, or promotional prices must have a genuine and supportable basis and must not be presented in a manner that creates a materially misleading impression of value or availability.

iDrive2 may require correction, clarification, qualification, or substantiation of any pricing or promotional claim before approval or continued publication.

Where an advertised price, offer, discount, or material condition changes during an active campaign, the relevant campaign owner must ensure that the advertising is updated, suspended, or withdrawn as appropriate.

13. Fixed-Fee And Package-Based Model

As of the Effective Date, Advertising Campaigns and Sponsored Listings on iDrive2 shall be offered on a fixed-fee or package-based basis.

Such services may be sold by reference to one or more defined commercial structures, including:

  • Time-based campaign periods;
  • Advertising Campaign placement packages;
  • Defined placement, slot, or visibility packages;
  • Sponsored Listings packages;
  • Optional additional placement or promotional add-ons, where offered;
  • Creative production add-ons, where offered; or
  • Other predefined commercial packages made available by iDrive2. Payment for Advertising Campaigns or Sponsored Listings purchases access only to the relevant promotional product for the defined package, placement, slot, or campaign period. It does not guarantee:

  • Specific organic ranking position;

  • Uninterrupted top placement unless a particular placement is expressly included in the purchased campaign package;
  • Booking volume;
  • Inquiry volume;
  • Click-through rate;
  • Revenue generation;
  • Commercial success; or
  • Any minimum performance outcome unless an expressly stated minimum delivery commitment forms part of the applicable purchased package. Advertising inventory, placement availability, campaign duration, number of available slots, and any optional add-ons are determined by the applicable commercial offering displayed or agreed at the time of purchase.

Payment for promotional visibility does not purchase regulatory status, verification status, favorable moderation treatment, organic ranking entitlement, or exemption from any applicable Platform requirement.

14. Sponsored Visibility And Organic Ranking

iDrive2 may allow Sponsored Listings to influence exposure or placement within designated promotional areas of the Platform.

Where such products exist:

  • Sponsored Listings may affect prominence or exposure within the applicable paid promotional placement or area;
  • Paid placement shall remain reasonably distinguishable from organic content;
  • Paid placement does not override legal, safety, moderation, eligibility, or compliance controls; and
  • iDrive2 may continue to apply non-commercial factors to organic visibility and ranking, including policy compliance, account standing, profile completeness, relevance, availability, geography, user experience design, and platform integrity. Organic Instructor ranking and Sponsored Listings are separate concepts. Sponsored placement shall not be presented as if it were a neutral or purely merit-based ranking signal.

Purchasing Sponsored Listings or other paid visibility does not alter the underlying organic ranking criteria applicable to an Instructor and does not entitle the purchaser to an improved organic ranking position.

Any paid placement appearing alongside or within search, discovery, comparison, or recommendation interfaces shall remain identifiable as paid or promotional visibility in accordance with Section 4 of this Policy.

15. Campaign Approval, Moderation, And Admin Control

All advertising and promotional content may be subject to pre-publication and post-publication review.

iDrive2 may, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable Platform rules and commercial terms, review, approve, reject, relabel, restrict, pause, freeze, suspend, or remove advertising or promotional content where:

  • Content appears misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or non-compliant;
  • Advertiser or other campaign owner fails to provide requested substantiation;
  • Account is suspended, restricted, unpaid, unverifiable, or no longer eligible;
  • Technical, reputational, regulatory, or platform integrity risks arise;
  • Campaign conflicts with platform policy, safety requirements, or public interest; or
  • Removal is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect users, legal compliance, or platform operations. Administrative action may include:

  • Rejection before publication;

  • Revision requests;
  • Requirement for amendment before publication or continued publication;
  • Temporary campaign hold;
  • Campaign freeze;
  • Reduced visibility;
  • Account enforcement action; or
  • Permanent removal. Submission, payment, preliminary review, or campaign setup does not guarantee publication, continued publication, renewal, or uninterrupted display.

Advertiser creatives, uploaded files, destination links, CTA configurations, and related campaign materials may be subject to technical validation, malware scanning, logging, security review, and temporary restriction or disabling where reasonably necessary to protect users, platform integrity, or legal compliance.

Where campaign content, creative assets, destination links, or CTA behaviour are suspected to be malicious, compromised, misleading, or otherwise unsafe, iDrive2 may immediately disable the relevant content, freeze the campaign, preserve relevant records, and take such further action as is reasonably necessary for investigation, containment, user protection, and legal compliance.

Approval of a campaign or creative does not prevent iDrive2 from subsequently reviewing, restricting, suspending, or removing it where new information, changed circumstances, user reports, technical risks, legal requirements, or compliance concerns arise.

16. Third-Party Creative Submission And “Create Promotion For Me”

Where offered, advertisers may submit their own creatives or request iDrive2 to produce promotional content on their behalf through a structured workflow.

Where iDrive2 provides creative support:

  • The advertiser remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, and truthfulness of supplied claims, branding, and materials;
  • Creative production may be billed separately;
  • Campaign publication remains subject to admin approval; and
  • The Advertiser may be required to review and approve the final creative, claims, destination and campaign configuration before publication; and
  • iDrive2 may refuse to publish content that remains misleading, non-compliant, or unsupported even if creative preparation assistance was provided.
  • Creative-production assistance by iDrive2 does not constitute endorsement of the Advertiser, its products or services, and does not transfer responsibility for the Advertiser's underlying factual claims, offers, intellectual-property rights or legal compliance to iDrive2. Where the Advertiser requests changes after approval or publication, such changes may be subject to renewed review, additional production charges, campaign rescheduling or other applicable commercial terms.

17. Links, Destinations, And Cta Controls

Advertisements may include call-to-action elements such as “Book Now,” “Learn More,” “Contact,” or other permitted CTA formats.

Destination links, landing pages, and CTA behaviour must:

  • Be accurate and functional;
  • Not redirect users deceptively;
  • Not contain malware or harmful code;
  • Not misrepresent the advertiser, Instructor, offer, or destination; and
  • Remain consistent with the approved campaign. · Comply with applicable Platform access, subscription, booking, contact, security, and advertising controls.

Where a CTA relates to an Instructor or an iDrive2 booking function, it must operate through the destination or workflow approved by iDrive2 and must not be configured for the purpose of bypassing applicable Platform controls.

iDrive2 may disable, restrict, require amendment to, or reject a CTA configuration where necessary to protect users, technical integrity, Platform controls, or legal compliance.

Material changes to an approved destination, redirect, CTA behaviour, or landing page may require renewed campaign review.

18. Data Use And Ad Relevance

Where Advertising Campaigns or Sponsored Listings involve the use of account, Platform, location, preference, or other personal data, such processing shall be governed by the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

iDrive2 may support basic placement and campaign relevance controls, such as Platform section, city, region, or other limited placement criteria, where implemented and lawfully enabled.

As of the Effective Date, iDrive2 does not provide advanced targeting, behavioural profiling, third-party network targeting, or real-time bidding for advertising purposes. Any future introduction of such functionality shall be subject to appropriate technical, privacy, consent, policy, and legal review before deployment.

iDrive2 may use Platform data for lawful campaign administration, fraud prevention, approval workflow, performance reporting, billing support, and service improvement, subject to lawful basis, proportionality, and applicable data protection requirements.

Campaign reporting provided to Advertisers or other campaign owners may include campaign-related information such as impressions, interactions, placement performance, or other approved performance measures, but shall not provide unrelated personal information relating to Learners or Instructors merely because a party advertises through iDrive2.

Campaign submissions, creatives, approvals, moderation actions, billing records, and enforcement records may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Notice, applicable internal retention and data-governance controls, and applicable law for audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, evidentiary preservation, and legal compliance purposes.

19. Billing, Activation, Cancellation, And Refunds

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the applicable campaign order, package terms, or other commercial terms:

  • Advertising fees are payable directly to iDrive2 for the promotional product itself;
  • The applicable campaign or promotional service becomes active on the start date, start time, publication event, or other activation point specified for the purchased product or campaign;
  • Cancellation after activation may stop remaining or future exposure in accordance with the applicable campaign or package terms but does not, by itself, create an entitlement to repayment for campaign time, placement, production work, or advertising already delivered; and
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy together with any applicable campaign, package, or commercial terms. Any billing dispute, payment reversal, or chargeback relating to Advertising Campaigns or Sponsored Listings paid directly to iDrive2 shall be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and any applicable commercial terms.

Cancellation before activation, campaign rescheduling, unused inventory, creative-production charges, partial delivery, technical interruption, or other campaign-specific billing circumstances shall be handled in accordance with the applicable purchased package, campaign order, Refund Policy, and commercial terms.

20. Platform Role And Liability Boundary

Advertising or promotional content may be created by Instructors, Advertisers, commercial partners, other approved campaign owners, or iDrive2 where creative-production assistance is requested.

Where promotional content relates to a third-party product, service, offer or claim, the relevant campaign owner remains responsible for the underlying product, service, factual claims, fulfilment obligations and legal compliance applicable to that offering.

iDrive2's review, approval, labelling, moderation, publication, removal or technical administration of advertising does not constitute endorsement, certification or adoption of the underlying third-party claims or obligations.

The allocation and limitation of liability between iDrive2 and an Instructor, Advertiser or other contractual advertising customer shall be governed by the applicable Instructor Terms & Conditions, advertising order, campaign package terms, Advertiser Terms where applicable, or other relevant contractual terms.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability or any non-waivable right where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. User Interpretation Of Advertising

Users should treat sponsored, featured, or promotional content as paid visibility and should independently assess any Instructor, Advertiser, offer, or service before relying on it.

Advertising should not be interpreted as:

  • An organic ranking or neutral marketplace recommendation;
  • Guarantee of service quality;
  • Guarantee of results;
  • Regulatory approval;
  • Certification of Instructor competence; or
  • Promise of suitability for a user's specific needs. The presence, prominence, frequency, or position of paid content does not by itself indicate that iDrive2 considers the promoted participant, product, service, or Instructor superior to an organic or non-promoted alternative.

22. Breach Of This Policy

Failure by an Advertiser, Instructor, commercial partner, other campaign owner, or authorised user to comply with this Policy may result in:

· Rejection or removal of content;

· Suspension or termination of campaign rights;

· Temporary hold on an iDrive2 refund, credit, campaign activation, or other campaign-related processing where contractually justified and reasonably necessary for review;

· Reduced visibility;

· Account restrictions;

· Suspension or termination of access;

· Contractual breach consequences;

· Recovery action where applicable; or

· Reporting to competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Enforcement measures may take account of the nature and severity of the breach, repetition, available evidence, user or account history, legal requirements, Platform integrity, user safety, and other relevant circumstances.

Any dispute relating to campaign approval, rejection, moderation action, suspension, reduced visibility, removal, billing status, or Advertiser enforcement shall, where review is made available, be managed in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Policy.

23. Contact

Questions or complaints relating to this Policy, Advertising Campaigns, Sponsored Listings, or other promotional activity on the Platform may be directed to:

Submission of an inquiry or complaint through the above contact channel does not constitute formal legal notice, service of process, or initiation of legal proceedings. Formal legal notices must be served in accordance with applicable law to:

Condor Gulf Technologies, Kingdom of Bahrain

iDrive2 will review and respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe; however, response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

24. Policy Updates

iDrive2 may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, service features, advertising products, commercial models, legal or regulatory requirements, or operational practices.

Where required by applicable law or where iDrive2 considers the update to be material, iDrive2 will provide reasonable prior notice through one or more appropriate channels, which may include in-app notification, publication on the public landing page, account notice, Advertiser Portal notice, or email communication, where applicable.

Updated versions of this Policy shall become effective on the effective date stated in the revised version, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any update shall apply prospectively only and shall not retroactively affect rights, obligations, completed transactions, or concluded matters prior to the effective date, unless required by applicable law.

Where a material update introduces or materially changes Advertiser, Instructor, campaign-owner or user obligations, prohibited advertising practices, or enforcement consequences, iDrive2 may require the affected party to acknowledge the updated Policy or accept revised applicable contractual terms before continued access to relevant advertising functionality.

Unless otherwise agreed in the applicable campaign terms or required by law, an update to this Policy will not by itself retrospectively alter the commercial terms of a campaign that was already purchased and activated before the revised Policy took effect.

Continued access to or use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any separate acknowledgement or contractual re-acceptance requirement applicable to the affected user or advertising customer.

If a user does not agree to an updated Policy, the user must discontinue use of the affected advertising or Platform functionality before the update takes effect.
